Six services. A clear starting point.
What’s holding your business back?
Start with the problem that matters most. We agree the scope, the deliverable and the work needed to move forward.
01
Protection comes first
Protect & Stabilise
When pressure is building, you need a clear way forward.
Respond to disruption, prepare for emerging threats and regain control. Get a clear view of the position and practical help with the response. Where appropriate, this can include pre-insolvency turnaround and restructuring support.
For Owners and leaders facing commercial pressure, significant change or growing uncertainty.
02
Revenue Accelerator
Turn more of your opportunity into revenue.
Flat sales. Inconsistent results. Opportunities that never turn into business. Find where revenue performance is being held back and focus on the opportunities your business can support.
For Business owners and sales managers responsible for sales performance and growth.
03
Profit Accelerator
Your hard work should leave more in the business.
Revenue is only part of the story. Address the costs, delays and operating inefficiencies putting pressure on your profit, with practical improvements to how the business works.
For Business owners and operations managers dissatisfied with the profit their business produces.
04
Value Accelerator
Build a business that is valuable beyond your involvement.
Strengthen earnings quality, management capability and the foundations of business value. Reduce dependence on you and create greater choice, whether a sale is close or years away.
For Business owners and general managers focused on building lasting business value.
05
Scale / Exit Planning
Prepare for the next chapter before it becomes urgent.
Expansion, acquisition, succession or a future sale. Clarify the direction and prepare the people, operating foundations and business information needed to move forward.
For Owners planning expansion, acquisitions, a leadership transition or an exit.
06
Buy / Sell A Business
Make your next transaction a confident one.
Practical business broking for buyers and sellers ready to act. From finding the right opportunity or taking your business to market, to negotiations and coordinating due diligence with your legal and accounting advisers, get hands-on support through to settlement.
For Owners ready to sell and buyers pursuing an acquisition. Representation, scope and timing are agreed for each transaction.
In martial arts, you learn to protect yourself first. I apply the same principle to business.
Business has its battles. You may lose a battle, but you never want to lose the war — or the business you’ve worked so hard to build.
That’s why I recommend addressing significant threats and dependencies early. When things are difficult, a calm voice and a fresh set of eyes can help you make the next decision.

Meet Martin Oosthuizen
I’ve sat on the owner’s side of the table.
I understand the responsibility that comes with owning a business.
I’ve built, operated, grown and sold businesses, led state and national operations, and worked alongside owners to improve performance.
My experience brings financial analysis together with an operator’s perspective: what needs to change, what the business can support and what it takes to get the work done.
I’m comfortable being uncomfortable. When a business is under pressure, I bring a calm approach, commercial judgement and a willingness to work through difficult decisions.
